We accept Medicare, Jefferson Health Plan Medicare, most Medicare Advantage plans (PPO/EPO), and select commercial plans including UnitedHealthcare and Cigna. Private pay is also available.
Yes. Every visit is fully equipped. We bring all necessary wound care supplies at no additional cost to the patient or facility.

Yes. We collaborate closely with home health agencies, working alongside their nurses to manage complex wound cases while allowing the agency to remain in primary control of the patient's care plan.
Yes. We provide on-site wound care at assisted living facilities, inpatient rehab centers, and other care settings. Helping reduce hospital transfers and ensuring continuity of care after discharge.
After the initial evaluation, we develop a personalized wound care plan and schedule follow-up visits as needed. We keep referring partners and care teams updated on the patient's progress throughout treatment.
